By accessing and using RecallBricks ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

RecallBricks provides memory graph infrastructure for AI applications through an API service. The Service includes:

• Memory storage and retrieval
• Automatic relationship detection
• Graph traversal capabilities
• API access via authenticated keys

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the system
• Store illegal, harmful, or infringing content

• Free tier available with usage limits
• Paid plans billed monthly
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• You retain all rights to your data
• We process data according to our Privacy Policy
• We may use anonymized data to improve the Service
• You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime
• We may perform maintenance with notice when possible
• We are not liable for data loss (you should maintain backups)

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify you of material changes.
